BPM ULV Cold-Fogging Treatment:

BPM uses ULV cold-fogging Machines to propel a targeted mist (Z-71, shield surface Sanitiser) which delivers a fast and efficient coverage of all spaces and surfaces. Protects and lasts up to 30 days

Treating homes and businesses can significantly reduce the spread of harmful bacteria and viruses.

Fogging is used in a wide variety of industries around the world, as seen more recently during the COVID-19 pandemic. From residential and commercial through to agriculture and scientific industries.

WHAT IS “FOGGING"?

Fogging is a process that eliminates the pathogens from a number of spaces, using a fine mist to kill airborne microorganisms and generates micro-particles of disinfectant into a given area (indoors or outdoors)

Next generation in anti-microbial technology, which after drying leaves a molecule-thick layer that is bonded to any surface it touches. On your premises we will be wearing PPE to avoid all cross contamination of the freshly decontaminated areas.

Commercial Premises:

With Commercial premises there is a larger volume of people in an area, there are increased risks to COVID-19 and other pathogens. It is more important than ever to minimise all risks.

In addition to the ULV cold-fogging treatment BPM also offer a deep clean service of the desired premises prior to fogging if required.

BPM Deep cleans:

BPM can also carry out a full deep clean service prior to fogging if required, for homes and businesses that don’t have regular cleaners.

Our deep cleans involve controlled chemicals, thoroughly cleaning the frequently touched areas, more detailed than a standard clean.

We ensure the area is entirely decontaminated and ensure minimal cross contamination of clean and dirty surfaces. We follow a strict, fixed procedure using the appropriate measures of necessary chemicals to reduce the presence of pathogens.

Out Of Hours:

We also offer out of hours fogging and deep cleaning services that can be deployed outside of normal working hours if required, meaning minimal disruption. Whilst we are flexible with our out of hours services we still maintain and do not compromise, our high quality service to provide the safest environment for you.

Please note that we require a deposit prior to commencing any fogging and/or cleaning. We are based in Hillingdon and happy to offer our Covid-19 disinfection services throughout London and surrounding areas, including nearby Ruislip, Uxbridge, Ealing, Pinner, Iver and Northfields.

FAQs:

A. The fogging process itself usually takes 30 minutes, but you will not be able to return to your premises until at least 30 minutes after the fogging has been completed. Approximately 1 hour in total.

NOTE: this is estimated on a 2-bedroom house. The size of the property will determine precisely how long it will take to complete, and how long you will need to vacate the premises for.
A. When carrying out disinfection our teams consist of two operatives per property. Only 1 operative is required for application of Zoono Z-71 protection.

We follow PPE techniques and guidelines from the NHS, and health services globally. This means we take special precautions and measures for donning and doffing of PPE – which can often be a two man job in itself!
A. Our cleaners are available 24/7 – meaning we can assist you at any time of day or night. This is particularly helpful if you need to decontaminate work premises outside of normal operating hours.
A. Our operatives require full access to the property during decontamination. Whilst the property owner does not need to remain onsite during the fogging procedure, it is helpful if access can be arranged prior to our attendance.
A. No. Our solution has been declared safe for use within all environments including food preparation areas.

Because the mist is so fine, it suspends in the atmosphere initially, and will settle upon surfaces after a time.

There is no need to cover any surfaces or electrical equipment. However, if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to enquire about decontaminating some items separately to the fogging treatments.
A. Fogging is a process used in a wide variety of industries to decontaminate large areas. It is used in residential, commercial, agricultural and scientific settings, it's used as a method of thorough Covid-19 disinfection.

Fogging uses a fine mist, made up of micro-particles, to kill microorganisms in the air and on surfaces – meaning it can be undertaken on indoor and outdoor areas.

Fogging equipment can be used to apply disinfectants to kill viruses in any area, as well as for the application of fertilisers in agricultural industries.
A. Depending upon the service you require, a fogger will be used to decontaminate an agreed area.

Our fogger produces droplet sizes between 5-30μ – at lower levels these droplets are invisible to the human eye. Because the droplets are so small, they can fit into granular spaces such as cracks and crevices, ensuring no part of the property is immune to the treatment. Because of the efficiency of our equipment, treated areas achieve a kill rate of 99.9999% against viruses, bacteria, mould, and fungi.

If you have also opted for our ‘deep clean’ service, prior to fogging all frequently touched areas will be wiped down using a hospital grade disinfectant. These touch points are known to transmit viruses and bacteria. This includes door handles, light switches, thermostats, cupboards and refrigerator door handles, as well as window openings, etc.
A. No. We only advise you remain outside of the property for 30 minutes following the procedure, to allow the droplets to settle.

The chemical solutions we use has undergone rigorous, independent testing.

Conforms to regulations from around the world and has passed PAS 2424, EN13697, EN1276, EN1650 and EN14476:2013+A2:2019 amongst many more antimicrobial efficacy tests.

The solution we use is also used by the NHS to decontaminate Hospitals, Ambulances and hospital transport, Surgeries and Operating Theatres.

The chemicals are also approved for use within Veterinary Surgeries. As such, they are safe to use around animals.
A. As noted above, you can return to the property 30 minutes following completion of the fogging procedure.
A. We have operatives constantly travelling throughout most London boroughs. If you require our services urgently, we may be able to offer you a same-day service. Please contact us to enquire.
